The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is booming in Cebu and most college graduates are applying for the job (underemployment, anyone?).

Anyway, how do you know if someone is a CC Agent? Here’s how (courtesy of someone who’s a CC Agent himself):

1. Call Center Agents (usually males) wear jackets.

Usually the sports jacket type. Gotta still have a fashion statement despite the hot weather!

2. The kikay agents wear trendy clothes, usually influenced by Koreans.

No, they’re not a fan of K-Pop, but rather the Korean fashion. Wear some long-ass necklace and skirt, and you’re good to go.

3. Still about fashion, they wear eyeglasses even though their vision isn’t impaired.

Probably for protection from looking at the computer monitor all day. But especially to hide their eye bags.

4. CC agents usually hang out here.

Because Starbucks is too mainstream and Nescafe 3 in 1 is too cheap.

5. Even outside work, they kinda speak English you know.

Even to their fellow Bisdak who could perfectly understand Bisaya. You can sometimes hear them boast about how your sweldo is just their salary tax.

6. Even outside work, they still sport their company’s lanyard.

It’s still part of their fashion statement.

7. When you see a guy who has a goatee, but doesn’t particularly look good on him, then chances are, he’s a CC Agent.

PS: Guy in the pic is just an example. I’m not necessarily referring to him. 🙂

Cause they think they got the looks, but in reality… uhm… your goatee doesn’t resemble a beard man… it looks like pubic hair… I don’t know why it’s common for CC Agents.

8. Check the comments section and the CC Agents will tell you they’re one.
